We offer yoga in both registered and one-time sessions to hold space for a devoted practice and integrate with your wellness plan. Registered yoga classes are progressive in style building knowledge, and wisdom.

Welcome to a yoga practice and community that supports you at all points in your journey. This is your opportunity to deepen your yoga practice in a nourishing and supporting environment.

The ancient discipline and practice of yoga has evolved over thousands of years. With its roots in Northern India, yoga’s wisdom, passed on from teacher to teacher, has grown into many paths that continue to inspire worldwide.

At Twisted Willow Studio our Embodiment Yoga centered classes are guided by classic and tantra yogic philosophy. We honour yoga’s sacred teachings of self-realization through the union of body, breath, emotions, mind and spirit. Our skilled team empowers students with the knowledge and skills necessary for creating meaningful change in their wellbeing.

Within Embodiment Yoga, the practices of asana, pranayama and meditation are used to create balance through the diverse experiences of healing. We integrate the ancient wisdom and knowledge of Ayurveda to support a comprehensive experience. You are guided to explore movement through present moment awareness, and non-attachment to outcome.

Our classes offer trauma-informed yoga practices that invite you to create internal awareness. Yoga practices are designed to be accessible to all bodies and experience levels. You are the healer, we simply provide the tools to support you in your healing. An Embodiment Yoga practice prevents injury, trains your body to listen, cultivates inner awareness, and union.

  • Mindful Movement:

Yoga postures (asanas) are practiced with intention, focusing on the experience of movement rather than achieving a specific form.

  • Breathwork (Pranayama):

Breathwork techniques are used to regulate the nervous system, promote relaxation, and enhance body awareness.

  • Self-Awareness:

Yoga encourages self-reflection and exploration of one's physical and emotional experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of oneself.
