What to expect in your session
During your personally-guided sessions, we evaluate the patterns of tension within your body and identify your healing goals. After your session we recommend simple stretches, exercises, and activities that can be completed at home to continue to support your systems in healing.
The benefits of our work together is best received through consistency, when we see you every 4-8 weeks.
Your Holistic Bodywork Practitioner, Livi De Rooy, will welcome you and invite you to set an intention for our time together.
Guided meditation utilizing our senses of sound, smell, touch and sight are utilized to draw you into the moment and shift your awareness inward. As the session closes you will be gently guided from the internal space of rejuvenation to a peaceful, wakeful state.

One-on-One Sessions with Livi
Personalized support for nervous system healing, embodiment, and reconnection.
These private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're navigating stress, life transitions, chronic tension, or simply longing to feel more at home in your body, Livi offers individualized guidance rooted in somatic yoga therapy, breathwork, and body-based awareness.
Together, you'll co-create a practice that supports your emotional and physical wellbeing — one that can extend far beyond the mat.
Ayurvedic Head Massage
Replenishes energy levels, relieves fatigue, helps clear the mind, improves insomnia symptoms, assists with easing headaches/migraines, promotes relaxation, and can lessen feelings of anxiety/depression.
The head has many vital energy centres and is a reflection of the entire body. Indian Head Massage (Shiro-Abhyanga) is traditionally utilized to help relieve daily tension through massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck and head and can be performed seated or on a massage table. Shiro-Abhyanga is beneficial to people who hold tension in their necks, shoulders, and face.
Thai Massage
Relieves joint stiffness and pain, increases flexibility and range of motion, eases anxiety, revives energy, and promotes physical and mental ease.
Thai Yoga Massage combines Ayurvedic acupressure (marmachiktsa), cranial holding and assisted Yoga stretches to relieve stress, boost energy, improve range of motion, and increase flexibility. The combination of traction, compression, rocking, pressure, and rhythmic stretching are known to promote deep release and revitalization.
Reiki
Improves mood, balances energy, eases stress and worry, and promotes relaxation and better sleep.
Usai Reiki comes from the traditional healing practices of Japan, and creates balance by harmonizing the frequencies and energy centres (chakras) in your body. The practitioner will hover their hands above the body, allowing the energy to move harmoniously through your energy channels and meridian lines to increase well-being.
Prenatal & Postpartum
We are passionate about supporting expecting mothers and their families. Livi has specialized training as a Birth & Postpartum Doula, as well as an Advanced Perinatal Yoga Instructor. All bodywork services are available prenatally informed so you may choose a modality to best support you.
These services are in addition to our doula packages, babywearing, belly binding, and prenatal and postnatal yoga.
